Hi there!
My name is Michael Critz and I own the photo at this location on your site: http://www.workingonthejob.com/contentPage.php?selection=228
I'm sure this is an oversight, but I have to do my job and give you some bad news. Please see the license here: http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-sa/2.0/deed.enYour use of my photo violates the terms of the license because you are using the image in a commercial setting; an advertised web site. Also, you have failed to give me credit for the photo. That sort-of hurts my feelings. But, it's also illegal. I don't mean to to be an ass, but you've got to remove my photo from your site. I expect you to remove the photo immediately. If you fail to comply, I reserve the right to contact your ISP in regards to this matter. Furthermore, I reserve the right to legal compensation, including punitive damages, for the illegal use of my photo.
Sorry, buddy!
Take care,

Hi there Michael!
We are flattered that you found our site and felt the need to threaten use - you may be the first person we don't know that has made a visit. We're afraid we are not an "advertised website" nor are we commercial by any means. We simply are having fun posting content we find elsewhere and make ourselves. While We are all for the rights of artists and their content; We didn't find the picture in question on your website or with any visible copyright postings. We are not like Youtube and don't remove content just because someone tells us to. Please prove that the picture in question is owned by you if you would still like it removed. Wouldn't a picture of Blockbuster be owned by Blockbuster?
