A certain department had on old but fully functional printer they just did not want anymore. They of course wanted the new model they had seen in other departments. the users try getting a new printer by putting objects in old printer and placing a call to the help desk. I show up and can't find what is wrong with the printer it just keeps jamming. After taking the printer apart several small plastic tabs from the toner cart. are found. I get the printer working again only to have to return to for the same problem 3 more times. I never did give them the satisfaction of a new printer. They should have just asked.
